We want you to be completely satisfied with your BudgetExplora experience. This Refund Policy describes the refund terms and procedures for iOS In-App purchases and future web transactions.
All current subscriptions and purchases made through the iOS app are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Consequently, Apple controls all payment flows, billing cycles, and refund decisions.
BudgetExplora does not have the technical ability or legal authority to issue refunds directly for transactions processed by Apple. To request a refund for an iOS subscription or purchase:
Apple reviews all requests under their standard App Store refund guidelines, typically within 24 to 48 hours. We support Apple's decisions and will immediately honor any refund granted by Apple.
BudgetExplora is preparing to launch direct web checkout options. When live, web billing and subscription management may be powered by our merchant of record, Paddle.

You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current active billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days during the active cycle.
